Service

You can reach customer service is available by email Monday through Friday, from 9AM to 5PM Pacific at service@mobilized.cc. You can also reach us via the form  on the “Contact Us” page.

Methods of Payment

We use PayPal as our payment processor.  On check-out, your browser will be directed to the PayPal web site where you will have the option of paying using your PayPal account or as a guest using your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express credit card. An 8.5% sales tax will be added to all orders shipped within the state of California. Please note that Mobilized is not responsible for collecting use tax for the other US states.

Shipping Rates

We ship available stock out within 2 business days of order placement.  We don’t currently ship on weekends or federal holidays, so orders placed during these times will be processed on the next business day. Please note that available UPS services don’t include Saturday delivery. If you would like merchandise to be shipped to two or more locations, please place separate orders for each location.

UPS and USPS shipping rates are subject to change.  The most current rates will be displayed for selection when checking out.

Mobilized is not responsible for any customs, duty or brokerage fees which may be incurred when importing goods into your country of residence. Nor are we responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages. Customers are responsible for any additional fees for rejected packages.

We’ll make sure you are sent an email containing tracking information when we ship your order.

Returns & Exchanges

Free Returns (US Only)

We include a prepaid shipping label in all orders shipped within the continentalUnited States. To use the prepaid label, your return must be shipped no more than 15 business days after your original receipt.  Please insure the value of your goods. We cannot be responsible for items lost in transit so we recommend using a reputable shipper that allows you to track your package and retain your proof of mailing. Please be careful when unpacking and repacking merchandise to avoid damaging items. We suggest allowing at least 7 days transit time.

To make a return:

  1. Complete the return form on the receipt included with your order and securely repackage your merchandise. Cover or remove any original mailing address label or carrier barcodes from the package.
  2. Stick the prepaid shipping label included in your order to your package.
  3. Drop off your package at a UPS store or certified location. Please note that UPS may charge a fee for package pickups.
  4. We will email you once  we process your return. Please allow 5 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.

Processing Your Return

Once we have received your return, please allow up to 10 days for us to issue the exchange or complete the refund to your credit card. We’ll transact the refund when we determine that all garments are in their original condition. In the event of an exchange, if your desired replacement is not in stock, we will offer you a refund. Please allow one billing cycle for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. Any difference incurred in an exchange — whether a credit or an amount due — will be placed on the credit card used to pay for the original purchase. All refunds will also be credited to the card used for the original purchase. If your exchange requires multiple shipments, the appropriate shipping and handling fees will be charged to the credit card used to pay for the order.

Items not shipped within the return period will prevent us from processing any refunds or exchanges. If your return does not meet the above return criteria, it will be shipped back at your expense.

Terms & Conditions

After placing an order with us, we will email you a receipt confirming your order.  This receipt does not constitute a contract, and we may cancel an order at any time due to but not limited to: insufficient stock, inability to authorize a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent intent, or an incorrect item price.  Please also note that Mobilized reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such order whether you have already made payment or not. In the rare event that you are charged and your order is canceled, Mobilized will issue a credit to your credit card or PayPal account in the amount of the purchase.

Due to the nature of online stores, Mobilized cannot guarantee the availability of any items listed in our online store. If the item selected for purchase is not available, we will notify you of the discrepancy.
